We are required to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will ask you to provide information such as your email address, order numbers from previous purchases, or other details we may match to our records. You may only submit a request to know twice within a 12-month period. We endeavor to respond within 45 days; if additional time is needed (up to 45 more days), we will notify you in writing.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Authorized agents must verify their authority to act on your behalf to our satisfaction before we can fulfill the request.

Sensitive Personal Information

In certain circumstances and with your consent, we may collect sensitive personal information such as precise geolocation data (e.g., via our mobile App). We use sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted by applicable law, including to provide the services you request, for safety and security purposes, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share sensitive personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

Selling and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging it for money. However, we do share certain categories of personal information with advertising and analytics partners in ways that may constitute "selling" or "sharing" under applicable state law (e.g., for cross-context behavioral advertising). In the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information shared in this manner include:

  • Identifiers (e.g., IP address, cookie identifiers, mobile advertising IDs).
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information (e.g., browsing history, interaction with our Website or App, cookies).
  • Inferences drawn from the above categories.

Notice of Financial Incentive — Loyalty Program

We may offer exclusive price discounts, rewards, or other perks to customers who participate in our loyalty and rewards program (the "Program"). Participation in the Program may be considered a financial incentive provided in exchange for the collection and retention of personal information under applicable California law.
