Returns and Refunds.
Except for any products designated as non-returnable, we will accept a return of products purchased on the Site for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs and a $5 return shipping fee, provided such return is made within 30 days of shipment and the products are unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Silver and Gold PSD Rewards members receive free return shipping as part of their membership benefits.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on items that were part of a special offer, items labeled as final sale, mystery styles, subscription boxes, air fresheners, stickers, or other consumable items.
To return products, please initiate a return through our online Returns Center on the Site. If you are unable to meet the 30-day requirement, contact us at support@psd.com. You bear the risk of loss during shipment.
Approved refunds are processed within approximately one to two weeks of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
We offer no refunds on any products designated on this Site as non-returnable.
Exchanges.
- Exchanges must be initiated through our Returns Center within 30 days of the date of purchase.
 - Exchanges are only offered for products currently available.
 - The item(s) being returned must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and still have original tags and packaging.
 - Exchanges are only offered for domestic U.S. orders. We do not offer international exchanges.
 - Exchange shipping is free for all customers.
