Chest - Measure under your arms around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist - Measure around your natural waistline keeping the measuring tape a little loose.
Sleeve - Measure from the center back of your
neck, across your shoulder, and down to the wrist. Or take a shirt that fits well and take the same measurement.
